Yes, genuinely. Thirty minutes, no invoice, no obligation. We're filtering for fit as much as you are — a bad-fit project costs us more than it earns. You leave with a written one-page plan either way.
Usually within a week of the proposal being signed. Small automations often ship inside 7 days. Larger builds start with a scoping sprint and run 4–12 weeks depending on complexity.
Most of our clients are outside Kolkata. Everything runs remotely — calls, demos, handover. We meet in person when it genuinely helps and the client is nearby.
That's the most common starting point and it's fine. Come with the problem, not the solution — "our follow-up is a mess", "we're drowning in manual reporting". Figuring out what to build is part of the free call.
UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay or Stripe. Builds are milestone-based with an upfront deposit. Retainers bill monthly in advance. Academy fees can be paid in instalments. GST invoice always provided.
You do, on full payment — code, designs, content, accounts. We keep our internal frameworks and tooling. Everything is documented and handed over so you're never locked in.
