These Terms govern your use of bdnexa.in and any service, programme, e-book or product from BD Nexa AI Solution & Academy ("BD Nexa", "we", "us"). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

BD Nexa AI Solution & Academy is an AI software and training business based in Kolkata, India, operating two divisions: BD Nexa AI Solution (services) and BD Nexa AI Skill Development Academy (training).

2. What we offer

• Build — custom applications, SaaS products, websites.
• Automate — workflow and business automation, AI agents.
• Grow — ad-video production, digital marketing.
• Academy — AI Foundations, AI Mastery Program, AI Revenue Accelerator, English Communication with AI, and corporate training.
• E-Books — digital publications delivered as PDF and related formats.

3. Engaging us

Service engagements are confirmed by a written proposal or invoice with its own scope, deliverables, timeline and commercial terms. Where those conflict with these Terms, the engagement document prevails.

4. Payments

• Quotes are project-specific and shared after the discovery call.
• Builds use milestone-based payments with an upfront deposit.
• Retainers bill monthly in advance.
• Academy fees follow the cohort terms; instalments may be available.
• E-books are paid in full before delivery.
• Payment via UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay or Stripe. All fees exclude GST, which is added where applicable.

5. Refunds & cancellations

• Service projects — milestone payments are non-refundable once that milestone's work has begun. Unused retainer balance is pro-rated and refundable on 30 days' notice.
• Academy programmes — refundable within 7 days of cohort start, less administrative and session costs incurred. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable; credit transfer to a future cohort may be offered case by case.
• E-books — full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us and we process it.
• Engagement-specific refund terms override this section.

6. Intellectual property

• Final deliverables produced for a client are owned by the client on full payment, subject to third-party libraries and licences whose own terms continue to apply.
• BD Nexa retains ownership of its frameworks, internal tooling, code patterns and methodologies.
• Academy content, recordings, materials and e-books remain BD Nexa's property. They are licensed to you for personal use and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client and learner information as confidential and share it only with providers necessary to deliver the engagement. Either party may request a separate NDA.

8. Results & warranties

We work with care and craft, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes — revenue, leads, rankings, placements or job offers. Results referenced anywhere on this site are illustrative, not promises.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BD Nexa's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees received under that engagement in the three months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt it, scrape its content, or use it unlawfully. Content here is general information and may change without notice. The AI Readiness Assessment is an indicative self-assessment tool, not professional advice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, by direct notice to active clients.
