BD Nexa AI Solution & Academy ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use bdnexa.in, WhatsApp, phone or email, and how we handle it. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
- Information you give us — name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, business name and anything you share via the strategy-call form, the AI Readiness Assessment, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Collected automatically — standard server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) and basic analytics. We run no third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our processors (Razorpay, Stripe, UPI). We never store card or bank credentials.
The AI Readiness Assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us unless you choose to send them on WhatsApp.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange the strategy call.
- To deliver any service, programme or e-book you purchase.
- To send service updates and invoices, and — with consent — occasional educational content.
- To improve the website and our offerings.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers required to run the business — hosting, communications, payments, analytics, accounting — and only as far as needed. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept while it remains useful for follow-up. Client and learner records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
5. Your rights under the DPDP Act
- Access — request a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
- Erasure — ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, for consent-based processing.
- Grievance — raise a complaint using the contact below.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and basic analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. If that changes we will update this page and seek consent where required.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Academy enrolments for minors require a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach affecting your data we will notify affected users and regulators as required by law.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above will change and material changes will be flagged on the homepage or by direct notice.
